Till Death Do Us Part

I am extremely pleased to announce that, in open defiance of all common sense, my love Sara has agreed to marry me. We shall be having a wedding later this year, once the reckless hurly-burly of classes, thesis writing, and graduation have passed us—I should say probably sometime in August.

To those of you before whom I have previously professed certainty that I would never be wed, I hereby grant permission to mock me without prejudice. I don’t mind; I’m quite happy with the whole situation, and a little friendly ribbing is good for the soul.
